Kona Village includes 120 standalone guest hale, and a total of 150 keys. 113 hale (rooms) and 37 kauhale (suites) from one-bedroom to four-bedroom configurations. Hale include garden view, mountain view, lagoon view, partial ocean view, ocean view, beach front, and ocean front views, featuring luxurious accommodations with contemporary furnishings and oversized lanai. A king or two queen beds (600 sq. ft. interior, 250 sq. ft. exterior). King hale offer an outdoor shower.

37 kauhale (suites) range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom configurations, with a range of views from garden view to ocean front. 6 signature suites include 2 four-bedroom presidentials and 4 four-bedroom ohana pool suites. All 6 signature suites are residential in style and feature full kitchen, living and dining areas, outdoor gathering / entertaining space with pool, hot tub, and fire pit.
