The oldest cottage on property is over 250 years old. The larger cottages are highly sought after and are reserved almost a year in advance.

2022 saw the opening of the Main House, a two bedroom and 2.5 bath home, including a fireplace, full kitchen with European appliances and a charming front porch to enjoy watching the passerby's and activity on Main Street, Amagansett.

The rooms, suites and cottages have been meticulously renovated to offer guests a blend of historic beauty and contemporary comforts, from high-end wide plank wood floors, modern bathrooms with large rain shower heads, European premium vanity and exquisite stone sinks to custom-made furniture and European designer lighting. In-room amenities include Frette linens, Matouk towels, full-size Grown Alchemist bath products, a mini bar stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages, a Nespresso machine and TWG tea. For continual Covid precautions, each room is equipped with a HEPA medical grade air purifier and a registered medical device for guests to sterilize small personal items such as keys, pens, cell phones and baby bottles.
